Cavity Closure
Universal cavity closer with a rigid plastic closer and continuous insulation fill. Two profiles cover 50 - 100 mm and 100 - 150 mm cavities, with pre-cut grooves for easy trimming on site. Independently tested and certified, including BDA Kiwa certificate of Agrément. Use around openings to limit thermal bridging and speed brickwork.
CavityTherm
High performance composite phenolic board insulation, CavityTherm, of enhanced PIR for full-fill cavity applications. Lambda 0.021 W/mK supports lower U-values at practical depths. Boards interlock for consistent joints and a reliable weathering plane during build.
Insulated Plasterboard (mechanical fix or dot and dab)
Dual-function insulated boards for walls that combine plasterboard with a rigid thermal layer. Install by mechanical fixings or adhesive to suit your project in question. Broad thickness range available. If a size is not listed, contact your nearest branch and we will source or cut to plan.
PIR Board (Thin-R Underfloor/Pitched Roof)
Lightweight rigid PIR board with low thermal conductivity from 0.022 W/mK. Although designed for floors and roofs, it is widely used for internal lining where you want a slim build-up and consistent tolerance. Accurate cuts keep taping straight and reduce waste.
PIR Cavity (T&G)
Tongue and groove cavity wall insulation for traditional masonry walls. Delivers strong thermal performance while maintaining a residual cavity to protect against wind-driven rain. Edges lock for neat joints and faster laying.
PIR Cavity (CF)
PIR CavityFill (CF) is enhanced PIR cavity wall insulation for new external masonry walls, designed for full-fill with a 10 mm residual cavity and a lambda of 0.021 W/mK with enhanced Euroclass E. Textured foil facings on both sides give clean joints and stable handling.
ROCKWOOL RWA45
Stone wool slabs for acoustic and thermal performance in partitions, ceilings, floors and roofs. Non-combustible and available in a range of thicknesses. Higher density slabs, including RW3 and RW5, can be supplied when greater acoustic control or rigidity is required. RWA45 is a solid choice for a sound insulated wall where handling and fit matter.
TLX Silver (multi-foil insulation)
Thin, flexible silver multi-foil with BBA certification that can help achieve a 0.18 U-value when installed to guidance. Acts as an airtight vapour barrier and restricts air movement within its layers. Light and easy to install. Useful in dwarf walls, dormer cheeks and flat roofs, and effective in hybrid wall build-ups alongside boards or slabs.
