Fireline Deflection Head Strips

Fireline plasterboard cut into head strips for tested gypsum systems. Ideal where a lighter facing and easy scoring are needed for quick installation. Collection from our Burgess Hill base is enabled online, with delivery or collection from other depots arranged on request.

Do you need head strips for adequate fire protection? 

Use deflection head strips at the slab or soffit to allow vertical movement while maintaining the fire stopping at the partition head. Take advantage of our pre-cut strip service to relieve any need to cut on site for a faster installation, in line with the system manufacturer’s guidance. This will undoubtedly help support the required fire and acoustic performance at linear joints.
